A roast that is on the darker end of our comfort zone (although definitely not “dark” by conventional standards) to bring out some nice chocolaty and nutty flavors while still keeping a hint of brightness. This is a great blend for those that would say that they like their coffee to “taste like coffee” or those that like their coffee “bold”.

This single origin is a certified organic bean coming from the birthplace of coffee. Ethiopian coffees are known for their fruity and delicate floral notes and sometimes tea-like flavors (especially if utilizing a pour-over technique); and this coffee is no exception. We roast this on the lighter end to keep the fruit and bright notes in-tact. This is a great coffee for those that enjoy a variety of different coffees or for those that are looking to venture into new flavor profiles.
